We are almost there!  Let's casually hang out and chat today in small groups. 

1. Be sure to have out your book and just follow along.  If a classmate if discussing a particular theme/motif/symbol jot down their examples and explanations.  You can join in, offer your opinion, discuss.  Be real.

We are done with "The Great Gatsby". We concluded the film last week and will now revisit the Anticipatory Guide and seek evidence of some of the discussed Themes/Motifs/Symbols we have studied.  Please find worthwhile discussion points to bring to our Socratic Seminar.

2. Partner Scavenger Hunt - Pick a Theme/Motif/Symbol - DUE WEDNESDAY
* Find THREE examples of evidence from THREE different chapters.
* Include the page #, pull the quote/text and explain didactically.
* Find ONE example from chapters 1-3, the other from 4-6, and the last from 7-9.
